I use Markbook to communicate assessment and achievement information to relevant members of the learning community. It fosters involvement of the whanau as they are able to take active role in the learning of akonga. The Markbook report and comments for 11LF4 shows the feedback that I have given the students based in their performance in Mid Year Exam.

The PD on e-asTTle during the PRT meeting on 17 June relates to gathering of information which can be analysed to improve progression of students. Attached is a reflection that I have also shared with the Head of Faculty regrading the e-asTTle results of my classes. The feedback that I have given The HOF would be helpful in identifying the key focus areas in improving the learning progressions of students.

I critically reflect on the activities for the week in a Weekly Plan. In this weekly plan I include activities for all of my classes and details on my non-contcat classes with a reflection. The information that I gather from each week is kept in my records and I refer to it when there is a need. I give regular feedback to my Head of Faculty as I provide her with my weekly plan and a reflection as a form evidence and a refernce material for the things that I do in class.

The list of students with special needs that I have attached helps me to keep track of the special needs of different students. These details are important as it helps me to plan my lesson to suit the different needs of students in my class. Please find attached a list of students that have been highlighted and are in my class.

I keep record of IEPs for students that I have in my class so that I can assist students with their individual needs. The information that I get from the IEPs is quite helpful as I am able to design tasks for these students and assist them with setting their educational goals relating to different subjects.

I used the easTTle results in my planning as it provides me with added information about my class. Please find attached a sample of easTTle results for my 9NAL class that I have used to gain information about the different focus areas that I need to concentrate on for the class. The different focus areas are then related to the Literacy modules.
