Justifications RTC 7

 

  • The lesson observation reflects on the importance of collaborative learning in the classroom. I divided the class into small groups to allow students to engage amongst themselves. That surely helps to create a supportive environment for the akonga.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • The observation done by Mr John Pipe on 24 June, 2015 was applicable to Criterion 10. There is a reflection which shows that I encouraged my students to work togther in groups to work out answers to the activity done in class.  I was trying too foster their learning by encouraging them to be more engaged in their own learning.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • This lesson involved a supportive learning environment whereby students were workig in groups and the teacher was also providing individual support to students as they completed their assessments.

 

 

 

 

 

  • This lesson involved providing a collaborative learning learning for the students to work together in groups.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • The Maori proverb and its discussion in class was aimed at promoting respect and understanding between the students in the class.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • The reflection is on the strategies that would be suitable to meet the needs of the class and will foster greater understanding of the topic.
